Your art work using Google Earth is interesting, though I have to say I find Google disconcerting. I prefer the idea that there are still some places unseen except by those who are willing to make the trek themselves. I've been admiring your work on Daily Paintworks for a while now. To me your landscapes often express a contentment in being alone in the natural world - solitary beauty without loneliness.
Thanks, Julia. I find it irresistible to be able to "float" to places I would never see otherwise. The mystery and wonder still stays intact for me. Thanks for your thoughts on my landscapes--you accurately described how I feel about nature.
